Um.. actually that kit from CB is complete. For the 1850$ for the TECIII...you get the brain and a harness. Still have to spend big money on TWM or something.

Oh.. Dr. Somebody (northeast autoX guy) built a 914 with this.. its fine.

I’ve never heard much praise for the CB system. A lot of guys just buy the TB’s off of CB and then use a better aftermarket EFI system.
