Completely slipped my mind. Rear said 1.8 so I’m assuming ‘74 or maybe a ‘75 with back-dated bumpers. 98k+ on the clock and it was pretty much spotless.

Asked around a little for the owner, but no joy. I’d have bought him or her a beer.

When you can get that close always shoot one more shot iof the VIN plate; then a search of the 914 database will reveal who may own it; or, who has seen it before and added it to the database.

Ha! That's me. Usually accompanied by my buddy's red teener as well (often referred to as ketchup and mustard).

It's in the database. 74 with bumpers from my 72 parts car.
