But what was the extra cost in those days? I know my Delphi Green was a $206 custom color in 1973.

Looks like the fifth one located. One in California from the Pelican Parts Forum was painted black. The two Sisters I have, and the one that surfaced a couple years ago that is rumored to have sold and sent to Japan. All Code 98 cars.
