At first I didn’t get it. Then I turned my phone upside down and it all made sense. I liked the vehicle, it’s like a little el camino. I must ask, what is a “septic tank”

o;d school aussie rhyming slang.

american = yank = septic tank. (latter shortened in typical aussie form to seppo.
take any word shorten it and add an o to the end of it. term of endearment when applied to americans. if you have been insulted in australia it means they like you. always beware the compliment.

other examples.

wife = trouble and strife.

business atire = suit = bag of fruit.

have a look (at something) = take a Captain Cook.

phone = dog and bone.

shark = noah's ark.

lie = pork pie. or porky.

it goes on.
all now of course a lost language.
derived it is believed from original convicts and cockney language mannerisms.
