Can anyone tell me the ID, OD, and thickness of the washers used in the rear shock assembly?
The PO of our car swapped out and removed a bunch of stuff. I have a stash of various large washers I can pick through, but can't find specs to know what's correct. They all appear to be NLA, so hard to even find pictures. Are any of these unique in that they're concave or slotted?
Post WTB - plenty of proper parts out there. They are not standard washers.
New jounce bumpers will be much more pleasant to ride than age hardened parts.
Same for the rubber isolators (11 & 12) - new parts are available, why ride on 50 year old hardened parts?

They are all special i may have extra sets. Will get you pictures tomorrow.
Ping me if i forget.

Made some progress, but still wrestling with a few. Is the stepped washer far left of the photo #4 from the parts catalog (914-333-503-00 Cap - boge -)?
Not entirely sure what I'm looking for to get these two:
The need for some of those parts depends on your choice of shock make and model.

You are missing #13 washers.

Thanks for the photos and replies.
I thought I had #13 and was missing #5 and #9.
FWIW - I took off old Koni's and am planning to install original setup Boge.

Yes i was repling to Montreal 914 regarding #13 missing.
Do you have the lower shock perches for the Boge? They are unique to Boge.
It looks like you have #13

I've posted the details I've accumulated to the http://www.914world.com/bbs2/index.php?showtopic=371042.
@http://www.914world.com/bbs2/index.php?showuser=12023 and @http://www.914world.com/bbs2/index.php?showuser=1319 Thanks for the photos. They are helpful. If you have access to #5 and #9 the ID and OD dimensions would be great.
@http://www.914world.com/bbs2/index.php?showuser=24575 : I will gladly measure them tonight but it would help if someone could identify #5 for me in my picture.
As for #9, I would think they are the larger ones located in between the rubber ones in my picture.

Here is what I measure for #9 (the ones showing in between the rubber stopper in my picture (a few post above).
As for washer #5, I am not sure which one it is ...maybe the plastic split ones?
This is the only part that is non-metal in my Koni red leftover part setup. Seems like a compliant plastic.
Not sure it is #5 but here you go.
Dennis, I have the two plastic split washers shown in my previous post and I have these (the larger one being the one you wanted dimensions of).
All of this hardware was part of the Koni red shown below:
An update regarding #5 from parts catalog diagram 901-333-511-00 Stop washer for rear shocks. Non-metal rubber or plastic type of material. OD: ~ 54 mm.
While the original part is NLA, there is a shipping part (as of 2024) that appears to be similar material and has the grooves that Jeff suggests act as a vent to keep the stopper from acting as a vacuum pump and sucking fluid past the shaft seal.
It is 911-333-511-00. Slightly larger at 58mm.
