Keep in mind that it needs to have the top end rebuilt at a minimum to address the head studs. Chances are that more issues will crop up once inside. A nice running engine can be had for $3500, ask goose2
What would you think this one is worth
Please tell me Lotsa $$$$$$$$

Just humor me
I think you did fine, well worth the price as long as everything is as described. I'm pretty sure I've seen that motor for sale a couple times.... not sure if they were having trouble getting the price, or if there were creditability issues.
Another couple grand and you'll be on the road. Keep in mind that 3.2L is getting close to front oil cooler territory if you live somewhere warm. Good Luck!
By the way, the 265-275hp estimate is probably very generous. Horsepower on a 911 comes in the form of cubic dollars. It is probably more like 240hp, still not bad by any means.
