I would like to know the torque requirement for the three bolts on the front stabilizer bar triangular plate to body.

Does anyone know...

...how to put a meaningful title on a thread?
maybe not.

no published specs i could find for antiroll bar mounts, but the "standard" for a grade 8,8 8mm fastener is around 2,5 m/Kg - or 18 lbs-ft.

if the fastenrs are going into a captive-nut plate, you could safety-wire them after torquing and then you'd know they were tight by looking, but they're not really subject to any kind of loosening stresses, and you'd check them with a socket as part of your pre-track nut-and-bolt chack anyway.

15-20 lbs-ft which most of us here describe as "very snug" to "tight".

Hey,

Sorry for the lack of info on the title for the thread.

French guy doing its best in English !!!
Thanks for the info,
The shop manual only state to tighten to the specified torque but it is not in any tables.

This will greatly help.

Cheers,
Steph
