turns over easily.....with tin.....$400 - $500

$200 for each head (assuming no cracks / dropped seats.. hopefully)

$100 crank and rods (not blown up)

Case is free......

Yep, I agree with Ron. You are buying the heads and a crank. Good tin is a bonus

Make sure they're the 914 heads (3 bolt intakes) and not 2.0 bus heads (4 bolt). You probably knew that already, just in case..
