I see the instruction you got at Th with SVR (GGR insructors) HSDS has been very helpful.
Are you going to be at Laguna on DEC. 15th?
I am planning on being there to instruct.
Nice pics. Isn't it fun passing 911s etc with a lowly 914?
Boxster driver must have been dogging it!
Dan, I'll miss CDS on the 15th ( at this point ).
I would hope that you could help me in the future.

thats awesome...i cant wait to start tracking!
It was a blast chasing all these guys down all day.
I was surprised that I was outbraking many of the cars on track. Many times I found myself having to brake only because the car I was following did. I found myself going deeper and deeper into the braking zones.
Wouldn't it be fun if I had "real brakes"?
I'm curious--how did you take those pictures? Did you have a camcorder going the whole time and just use the stills, or what? A passenger taking pictures?
Digi-Vid with still capturing software...
I may post some footage

Sweet pics. When I grow up I want to drive like you.
Looks like you were having fun out there.

Just be glad THIS car wasn't there. Be embarassing to be eaten by a 4 door sedan. The owner's a Nor Cal guy. The car set some kind of production car record at Sears Point .............. in the rain. The Cap'n

To paraphrase Randy Probst:
Good autocrossers make good track racers....the reverse is not always true.

Pull your head out Cap. Trekkor was an AXer before he became a macho track hero. Then you can say you knew him "when". |
David Wong's wonderful pics!
