Is there a way to make a setup to check the fuel pressure on the pump before installing it in the car?

put a line with a fuel pressure guage in the middle...

Run it from the d port to a fuel pressure regulator and back to your gas can.

Run another line from your gas can to the s port on the pump.

The power is 12V pos and ground...

I made the setup and checked the pump, got good pressure but I was getting fuel drizzling out of the R port. Is that normal?

Speaking from past experience here, be very careful when attaching electrical wires to a fuel pump testing contraption with fuel drizzling out...all it takes is one spark to create a garage fire for you. I was lucky and had a fire extinguisher in the trunk, but instead of messing with this, I'd suggest just hooking up the hoses and attaching the fuel pressure gauge to the fuel ring. Steve
