Posted by: Jeff Bowlsby Aug 20 2003, 12:57 PM

Come on out to play! Rumor is Jennys 91-hour Wunderrocket may make a guest appearance and if we are really lucky maybe the new east bay 914 owners will come and see what REAL 914 owners are about.

Oh yeah…you get your choice of anything on the IHOP menu…as long as you pay for it!

The fun starts at 9:14am...email me at bowlsby@aol.com if you need more details.

So how well do those 15x7 rims fit on Jennys new ride?

Did you guys have to do anything to the rear fenders?

Posted by: Jenny Sep 2 2003, 12:01 PM

We haven't done anything, but I recall Andy saying it'd be a good idea to roll the rear fenders.

Jen

Posted by: Brad Roberts Sep 2 2003, 12:04 PM

One of the wheels is bent. There is a reason why one of them has 10lbs worth of wheel weights on it.

Its also part of the vibration she is getting at speed.

I have an extra one at home....I "think" she might have an extra wheel as well.........

Posted by: Brad Roberts Sep 2 2003, 01:23 PM

She does.

passenger side back wheel is rubbing on the outside fender (just a bit, not much).
they need to be rolled in the back. tight fit, but very nice otherwise ...

It also hasnt been aligned... I need to gather some shims for her. With a aggressive alignment..the 7's wont rub. Like -1.2 in the rear.

I like them. Heavy, but I like them.

Hey Mueller... whatcha doing this evening ?? I need to borrow a trailer and could meet you out on 680. I just relized I dont have ramps for my trailer and cant pick up the black 73 car.
