914World.com _ 914World Garage _ Need hard brake line for the rear

Posted by: jr91472 Dec 11 2005, 07:22 PM

None of the usual places seem to stock them. I did a search and someone mentioned buying "pre-fabed" lines from your local german store. I am not exactly sure what that means. Anyone? huh.gif

I am looking for the piece that runs from the porportioning valve to the rear passenger brake.

Any ideas on where to find them?

thanks in advance

I have purchased metric brake lines form NAPA. Bend to fit. Inexpensive.

F'd mine up remoiving the prop valve and replacing with a T.

Make sure you get the european lines with bubble flare and metric fittings FLAPS like Advance and Auto Zone have them as long as you talk to someone who knows what he's talking about.
