They might be Faza or Campellogo(spelling) from Italy. There were some 14x6 wheels for both 4 and 6's available from the 70's to the 90's.

They do look Italian.

Cromodora or Campegnella (spelling? Same company makes fancy bicycle fittings).

I think they're simply RONALS. The logo on the hub cap ist RONAL's.
