Ouch! Steel bar is tough on my bald spot.

What's the best stuff to use and where do I find it?

I bought a case of the longacre foam from hoerr racing. It has an off center section so you can position the thicker part towards the inside.

They also make a special denser type foam that is much more expensive. It is SFI approved and is supposed to absorb shock better but most people just don't use it.

Check pegasus or hoerr.

I like the Humbolt stuff, super-dense, at least a little moreso than the Smoky Moutain stuff.
