Google 99% of the time, yahoo or metacrawler the rest.

Yahoo. By number of hits on my commercial site, Yahoo placement still more important than Google. And I like the Yahoo start page.

I think Google is better in a lot of ways, but their search rankings are swayed by 'sponsored' sites.

If I can't find something instantly on Goooooooooogle...

I usually revert to:

http://www.vivisimo.com or simply

http://www.clusty.com

"Clusty returns results from multiple sources with one query, and then organizes them into hierarchical clusters"

I love it.

Google, and not just because one of my best friends got rich off his stock options. ohmy.gif
