What car won the first IMSA GT race?
Who drove the winning car?
Where was the race?
When was it?
VIR 1971
GTU-1
#59
Peter Gregg / Hurley Heywood
Porsche 914/6 GT
95 Laps
Also of note was the #3 finisher:
GTU-2
#29
Ralph Meany
Porsche 914/6 GT
89 laps
I'm guessing Hurley Haywood in a 914-6. 1971, 1972? Hans Stuck, and Peter Gregg are also candidates for the first win.
