Well, it's time to have another Tampa Bay breakfast.

Offical time is Sat, Feb. 11 at 9:14 am .......... Place, Cracker Barrel off of I-4, exit 10, north side

I'll update this with the list of attendees, so if you're interested, please post.

BTW, you don't have to drive your teener, just show up and we'll talk cars.

Hi Rob, nice seeing you and meeting your wife today. Count me in for the 11th. My wife will be working and my daughter, I am sure, will have other plans. Have a good meal, meet the others, then go skydiving! Woo Hooo, sounds like a good Saturday!! See you then, if not sooner.

Rob,

That is going to be a bad weekend for several of us. The PCA Club race is going on at Sebring and I know Steve, TC and myself will be there.

Didn't we just have a breakfast meet?

Rob, Sorry I forgot about the PCA race when I PMd you last week. If anybody is going to drive their teener to Sebring I would definately tag up. I know some nice back roads.

For those of you that can't make it in February, no problem, I'll schedule another one in March. I've got my car registered and titled and I want to take it to a TBB. You guys have a good time in Sebring....

Sorry that I can't make the February breakfast. I'll be at the PCA Club Race at Sebring from Thursday the 9th thru Sunday the 12th.

Also try and avoid March 18th for the next breakfast. That is the 12 Hours of Sebring weekend.

I'm going to Sebring on Sunday. I may come by, but I got a bunch of stuff to do to the car to get it ready. I just painted the right side a few hours ago and I painted the trunk this afternoon. I took a half day off to get some stiuff done. What a PITA.

Well, we had our breakfast and the weather was perfect. We had 5 cars and 7 people that showed up. This was the first breakfast that I was able to drive my car to....

We had Rob Quarles, orange '73 2.0, TC Davis blue '74/6 2.5, my red '74 2.0, Bob Dunning burgandy '71 1.7 ( that was driven from CA), and EJ Albers rd '73/8 305ci. This was Bob and EJ's first TBB meeting.

Thanks again guys for showing up. I'll send out an e-mail blast for next month's meeting at Dave White's swap meet....

Rob Qs car and mine. I bought mine from Rob in the early 90s as a dented, but solid silver 2.0. What a long strange trip its been. Rob Good Luck on your move. I'm sure our paths will cross again.

I saw all those advertisements too Paul. Every time I saw one, I tore it off and threw it in the garbage. I knew they had to be a scam because TC wouldn't be selling his 914......right?

hey hey! Another Robb (yeah, Robb with two B's) here joining the ranks of Tampa Bay 914's. Do you guys have any semi-regular meets?

I've been doing the water-cooled thing for the past 8 years or so. I got sick of the idiots (and watercooled VW motors and bought a 914 2.0la few days ago. I can't tell you how excited I am to see that there are others in the area!

Anyhow, keep an eye out for my black 914 around the Seminole Heights/South Tampa area, as well as USF (where I work and go to school) during the week.

Hope to meet some of you soon.

Hahaha, welcome to the area! I'm down in Ybor, although my 914 is down in West Palm since I'm in Tampa for school. Working on changing the location of the 914 here in the next couple months hopefully.

I'll let Rob explain the breakfast situation. I've only been to one, seems like they are always planned for a day I am out of town or something. Maybe it's not a coincidence?

Welcome Robb. As one Rob leaves another takes his place...

Anyway, we try to have a breakfast every month or/so until it gets too hot to drive the cars. We just had a pseudo-TBB this past weekend at Dave White's swap meet. I'll probably arrange another TBB (Tampa Bay Breakfast) for next month. I'll post the date/time/directions on the board here, but if you'll PM me your e-mail address, full name, and contact numbers, I'll add you to my TBB914 list and e-mail you also.

Again, welcome to the madness. Also, if you'll click on my www button underneath my posting, it'll give you a link to my website and you can review the meets, friends cars and current projects I'm working on.

I will be back in Florida in Mid-May so lets try to have that breakfast when I can come. It has been a long trip over here and I would love to meet up, if only for one meeting.
