That looks real interesting. Let us know how they work out if you try them.

It's a constant pain in the ass to keep them clean. In fact I'm so tired of it, I'm going to pull my tank this week and have it treated.

Maybe Krusty will have an opinion.

i think they get clogged from debris from the AIR not the FUEL.

both...

i run a fuel filter before each carb..... and i always have the airfilters on.

i have the tall 'emulsion tube snorkels' already.... ...

Joe -
ive heard that if you put grease on the base of the filter and at teh top... it seals those edges....

im thinking about it.... whats another 40 bucks on top of vents, and jets and overhaul kits tongue.gif wacko.gif

Note to self: Gonna have to start charging for opinions ....... Oh, yeah. Jet Doctor. Can't hurt. Raising the bowl vents above the level of the carb top should make it harder for the little bits and pieces to find their way into the float bowl. Personally, I have few problems with cr*p in the idle jets, but we live where all the weather is good and all the rust is somewhere else. The Cap'n
