Hi all,
One of the arms on my door flapper is broken, so I'm planning to replace it. How exactly do you do it? It looks like the flapper is riveted on to the handle. So, do I just drill out the old rivets and... what? They look like pretty big rivets. Can I find something like that? Will something else work? How is this done?
Thanks in advance,
Just send it to Paul. URY914
Mike,

Paul, I had a look at your blog, but I didn't see anything on replacing the flapper. Removal looks pretty easy, but what about installation? Or perhaps I'm blind, and you covered it in your blog...

I've already got new plastic cams. I need the flapper, as the arm is broken off one. And I can get a good flapper, I just need to know how best to install it. It seems like it should be pretty simple, and I don't really want to send it to someone to get it done. Just looking for a little guidance. |
