Here is an "unofficial" answer as Craig Laughlin is the "guy in charge". Final details will be emailed or otherwise published for those registered when everything is together.
As of now the general schedule is a "meet and greet" at the hotel on Friday July 7 late afternoon/evening. Saturday will include a scenic twisty road tour lasting several hours with a box lunch stop along the way. There will be a group dinner/festivities at the hotel Saturday evening. Sunday we will all attend the Historic Races at Portland International Raceway where we will have our own "corral" with dozens of other marques. Between the races and the hundreds of collector cars (old guys like me enjoy watching the Edelbrock girls in their Mustang GT's, their daddy's Sting Ray and John Zupans 914-6 shown below) you will have plenty to see. There will be a charity autocross as well (short course, hand timed) to enter at $5 per run. Event will end about 5pm Sunday, July 9. The meals mentioned above and admission to the races for 1 car and 2 people are included in the registration fee. Hope that helps.
