Here is a picture of the carnage. Chunks of the seat imbeded into the head. Can they be removed, head welded up and usable? Or is the damage too bad to bother fixing?

One of my heads was worse than that... Had it fixed.. No problem.

Jake says Adrian at Head Flow Masters can do that sort of work.

So can John at at CM R&D.

And I am sure many others...

Ya just have to have a qualified machinist look at it.. CLOSELY.. And see if it is repairable.

Then figure out if the repair is worth the price VS a differant used or rebuilt head.
