i remember another guy who claimed to have invented an electrolysis technique that was very efficient, and even built a car to showcase his "water engine." he also claimed to have received a billion dollar offer from the saudis to "sit on" the technology and cease development. he was poisoned a few years ago if memory serves.

interesting stuff, the world of autos is rapidly changing.

Holy Crap!!! I am not sure how much of a reality that is, but it's freakin cool. I don't think 1Billion would cover it.
