914World.com _ 914World Garage _ My wife needs some help:
Posted by: STL914 May 31 2006, 07:55 AM
Can I ask a favor of you guys? My wife is in a contest to name a craft book and is in need of votes. Not sure what the prize is, but if you could follow the link and vote for her title, I know she would greatly appreciate it. I might even get a little reward myself if she wins, but we won’t go there.
Here's the link:
http://tinyurl.com/kwq7l
The title she submitted is:
"This and That for Loom Knitting - A Compilation of Hints, Helps, Tips and Patterns."
Thanks

Thanks Joe, I'll see if I can convince her to knit you a car cover. She's pretty good at what she does. She made this for me while I was in CT. She actually worked on it during the Rennsport Reunion at LimeRock. It's not knitted, it's counted cross stitch.

BEHOLD THE POWER OF THE CLUB
Due to the response from the members of the 914club, my wife was declared the winner of the "Name the Knitting Book" contest.
Again, thanks to all of you closet knitters! You know who you are.
