I'm trying to help a buddy of mine out by looking at his carbs.

I need to know what the BASELINE SETTINGS are for these carbs..

they are solex's with 40-28 velocity stacks on them...

not sure about the jets and emulsion tubes...

okay, so he has NO idle. I set it to the weber idle linkage adjustment which should get it to idle somewhat okay.

he needs a sync tool, does anybody have one that I could $$ for him?
