Hey Steve!

Welcome, another Indiana guy! Did you know that there are two Knox, IN ?
You need:

side shift tranny
side shift shifter
shift rods
motor mount bar
motor mounts
new set of bushings

I feel like I'm missing something here.

As for the motor mount and bar,I am installing a 3.1ltr.GM V6 so I will be fabricating that part.So the side shifter tranny and all the linkage including the shifter?.....

yes, that sounds right. The side shifter's shifter is a different animal than the tail shifter.
If you want to spend a little more to get much better shifting, contact James Adams and get
a RennShifter.

Seans list just about nails all of it down for V6 conversions. Some of the parts he is missing bolt onto the stock 4cyl engine.
