I don't know of anyone in LA that does affordable work...I am doing mine also and found that I could buy new Corbeau seats cheaper than I could re-cover the old ones...I will get with my wife and we will do the door panels myself...

Dr. Evil on this board used to live in San Diego and he got my dash, etc...re-covered in Mexico, Wonderful job...He might be able to point you in the right direction...Send him a Pm...

I have done my door panels alone. That's very easy. See my port in the classics

Sorry dudes, I have no person to do the Mexico interior thing anymore. You can always try to take it down there yourself, but it is more of a PITA than you may expect.

I am working with a guy in Van Nuys who seems to be good He will be getting my parts after the WCC. I will post back the results.

There's a guy named LaVon in the Valley that did my son's '74 interior. He's pricey--but excellent quality on his work. Porsche specialist too wink.gif
Call me @ 818-507-6937 and I'll dig up his #

I've never used them for any work, but I've always had great luck with the upholstery kits from Autos International in Escondido (www. autosintl.com) 760-737-3565. Don't know how close or far it's from you either.
