Posted by: rhodyguy Jul 6 2006, 12:12 PM

i'm still trying to figure out why the fuse panel is all torn apart. i *think* it was working fine 2 saturdays ago.

yes john i have a seat for you. the escort is a wagon, so there's room for the 2270 too. even if i have to bungee it to the roof rack.

I love these 914 gatherings......such a high rate of cars not showing up.
No worries, last year it was my turn to not be working. Joe Sharp hooked me up with a loaner (What a guy smilie_pokal.gif)

Git on it! It ran before you broke it!

Working yes, fine no. One hi beam one low beam, no two at the same time, no fog lites (minor but STILL)
SO
Update:
Fuse panel back in, Jwest flash unit installed, still only hi beams, need to get new flasher, PO wiring remove, saddly along with the stereo...
Added Volt, Oil Press and Temp gauges, new dual pole sending unit. Good thing Dr Dave couldnt get those rear SS brake lines in! wink.gif
Istalled driver side carpet kit
Re routed speedo cable, it was fouling the throttle cable
R&R drivers floorboard with a rennline aliuminum jobber.
Left to do:
Grab flasher unit from FLAPs, they were able to get one in today!
Drip Drip Drip from the taco plate needs to be addressed
Ebrake handle
re install drivers seat
RainX windows, July in Pacific Northwest!
Figure out some tunes! Even I can't stand my singing for that long! (iPod shad the bed last week)

good to hear! I might have to break from the pack at the 205 intercange and go into Ptown proper. One of my "crew" down there rolled his Passat while his wife is away on vacation. He still hasn't told her. My wife as some instructions for me to pass along IN PERSON!
