Anyone wanna do dinner one night?
I'm there for fun until Monday, then I work until the 31st...then fun again til the 4th.
I'll know the work schedule starting Tuesday, this gig - The American Legion Annual Convention -usually leaves some free time available.
You're invited here...
Jim, Dave...
Perfect time for a party on the patio. Game?
Gi-tars - Home Brew - Red Meat
Sean you game?
hell's yeah!
sounds great!
I'm out till tomorrow afternoon, but it sounds gut to me.
Sounds great, just reading this thread to the wife and she said she would like to even go. Let me know what I can do or bring. Thanks Eric.
Sounds good Let me know, I may have the welder coming by tomorrow........
Sean... let us know what a good day is. Friday? Sat?
Jim and Dave... bring yourselves and your Mrs.'s
I better let the wife know
My car is in the painters shop, I'm having the drivers door repainted and blended. So I will be without the teener until the middle of next week.
Should I start tracking down a babysitter for the 9 & 11 year old now?
Eric,
I'll let you know once I know my work schedule...or when the Ebay 916 auction is over...whichever comes first
Sean, that is too long of time to spend there! It will suck you in. You will try to get out but will be pulled back beyond your capabilites. Change your plans while you can. RUN!!!!
Well, have a nice get-together anyway.
Sean,
Let us know what the plans are... wives are involved
Saturday evening good? Dave delivered a case of home brew today and we'll get it in the fridge.
I've got to confirm the work schedule...why don't you pick a couple days and then I can try to get a confirmation of what works best?
lemme know if that works...I think I have next Saturday evening free, but not sure yet.
Confirm the schedule. It looks as though Friday or Saturday is best here.
I looks like we should be done by 6pm on Saturday evening.
how's that?
Dave, Jim, (Ed... are you out there?)
How does 6:30 at the love shack sound?
Sean... you'd basically hit I-15S to the 106th exit and come on in (mapquest is best). Probably about 20 minute drive.
6:30 this Saturday right? Hmmmm not sure I know where the hell the Love Shack is. ö¿ö. Sounds good if its saturday, should be picking up my car on friday. Let me know if this is for sure.
Make it so #1.
I think I know how to get to sandy...but PM me your addy and I'll mapquest it.
We're staying at the Hilton Salt Lake City Center - working at the Salt Palace.
10-4 I'll be there, Sharon will be in California. I can either bring the kids or do the babysitter thing.
What can we bring tomorrow Vanessa/Eric????
You already supplied the beer.
Sean's Bringing 1 million dollars.
We're thinking Brats on the grill??? (if that's OK with everyone)
Bring yourselves.
If Jim's picking him up, he won't still have the whole million on him when they get to the Shea mansion though....
thinking about picking up some of Squatters IPA...sound good?
If ya like 3.2 beer
He should feel right at home with my 3.2 homebrew then.....
Vanessa rocks!!!!!! And Erics ok They BBQ a mean "braut"!!!!!!! Just wish I could get a decent beer here in Utah...........
The salt palace is still there?
Wow. I remember when it was being built a hundred years ago. Used to go watch the Utah Stars play there (ABA) when i was a kid.
I know the Jazz play at the delta center, they didn't sell out and change the name to the highest bidder, did they?
EDIT never mind, a quick google search and I found the delta center just west of the salt palace.
It would have been, if it wouldn't have been for Dave's home brew... Daaaaaaaaaaaaaamn!
Thanks all... had a good time.
Thanks Eric for hosting the BBQ!!
I had a great time, Dave's red is killer! Nice guy, too.

Sabian rocks, but Zildjian's are better!
Hi Jack, sorry
Lots of guitar players, now we just need to find a drummer with a 914, and a bass player we can give a 914 to....ooh, that was cold...just kidding. Hey Toast, I've got Zildjians and Sabian's on my kit, just can't get a drummer to come by, I've even got a bass guitar and bass amp in case a bass player wants to come by. Next SLC get together I volunteer Dave's music room if anyone interested in a jam.
