I'll do the car calendar again but it will depend on getting enough picture submissions the right size to fill it.
All submitted pictures need to fit this template:

And it would be a very nice calendar picture too!
You need to look at the image size in a graphics program. 9"W (1800 pixels) x 11.5"H (2300 pixels)
@ 200 DPI or PPI (dots per inch or pixels per inch)
You can send bigger for use, but not smaller. Making pictures bigger reduced the quality.

Excellent idea
Maybe mix in some orange cars and you can be the October poster cars
or Mix black, orange, yellow and red cars for a nice Fall month (Sept. or Nov.)

I'll be happy to take a photo of your NICE car anytime Judy. Heck, I'll even take one with Elliot's. I really don't know about Air-Rons Mess-Kin Rat-Rod? As far as I am concerned it is in the same class as Scott's Chalon. I've seen pictures, but never witnessed the car actually run.
BTW - why didn't we take a photo at the WCC? Oh yeah, I remember ....... Aadmin Aaron didn't go to the WCC. What about the R66C or last years RRC? (same answer) I feel very comfortable with the proven cars owned by us over 40 members. I will have to wait and see how Aaron's teener preforms on the road trip to Moab. (Wait, IIRC he his towing, not driving it)
One more thing - (I'm done picking on the college kid for the time being)

Since a calendar can only have a few pictures how about making a screensaver CD to sell with the calendar as a package. That way we could see all of the great shots people are submitting to you. Wait I feel another great photo coming on On a Windows based PC you can make any directory of pictures serve as screen saver subjects. No money or CD required

BUT, (and usually I'd be against a 914 convertable...) that is the only instance where my brain said "hey, that 914 would look good as a convertible"

When I think of the Toe I think of the big elevation changes going in and coming out -- but tracks always look different when you aren't driving. Best reason to take the track walk when somebody offers. But still... Sure that isn't the long right hander after the Bus Stop?

I'll see about making a last minute edit to the year-at-a-glance collage...but...you didn't follow the original photo submission instructions Joe. I never got a picture emailed to me in the proper resolution and size.
BTW-If you've noticed, I haven't ever put my own car in the calendar either...

I called CafePress immediately after I received this snafu(will it be collectable ). They promised to send a correct, 12 month 914 calendar. So, it's 58% great I'll let you know when the last 42% shows up.

I ordered 3 calendars and some other assorted goodies and received two packages last week. Shirts, mugs and such looked great, but I was very unhappy with the calendars.
I expected them to have 914's every month, but there wasn't a single one. I like cats and dogs as much as the next guy, but I really wanted to stare at a different 914 each month. Upon further inspection, it appears the distribution center sent my 914 calendars to someone else and I received their dog calendar. Somewhere in Ohio, someone is trying to figure out what kind of cars are on the calendar and what happend to their puppy calendar.
I did receive the correct calendars Monday and they look great. Nice spiral binding with heavy duty pages should help it hold up for a year. I'll keep one for myself and make two 914 friends very happy for Christmas.
Anybody need a dog calendar?

Just got home and UPS had delivered a package. Looks like CafePress sent me 3 more replacement calendars by mistake. At least they were 914's instead of dogs.
I Ordered 3 and now have 6, plus a dog calendar. I'll have to call them and see if they want to pick up these 3 extras now.
Thanks again for putting together the calendars. Between the calendars, shirts, and mugs, I have a head start on my Christmas shopping.

I got mine today, Gwen, and I am very happy! You even got a picture of my car in there.
One question, and it is not a criticism, I was surprised that there were no acknowledgements of the photographers in there? Als, no mention of the
car owners either??
Still, It is great, and I appreciate all the hard work!

You were right. I called CafePress today and told them I received 3 extra calendars by mistake. They told me to keep them since the cost of shipping wouldn't be worth returning them.
Looks like I'll make 3 more friends happy for Christmas.

That's what I figured. They've sent me some replacements and never wanted the mistakes back.
