I'm in Gulfport already. Actually staying at the Isle Of Capri Casino in Biloxi for the week, but working in Gulfport close to the beach. If you're up for a beer after hours, let me know.

I can't do any beers today, but tommorrow after work we could have some if you are interested. I get off at 4:30, I am in gulfport near the interstate. I could meet you anywhere from there.

I'm in gulfport. I can't do beers(underage) but there are a few things left to do here... they are just hard to think of. I didn't know there was a teener owner in the Bay area! Joe should respond soon.

If you want to go to a nice local place my mom said the High Cotton. It's off of pass road just east of courthouse. Live music after nine. A nice restaraunt and a bar also. If you want more specific directions let me know. All different kinds of music. Not sure what is playing.

That sounds like a good thing to do. I will check it out either tonight or tomorrow night. Wanna come along? I'm getting tired of the casino!!!!

Tonight won't work. Test tomorrow in World History. I should be available Thursday night though. Doing a shift bushing replace on the teener Friday with Joe as long as all is still going to plan. I will keep you posted on tomorrow night to go to high cotton and see if I can see what kind of band is playing.

Hey update! I just found out Joe is short on the internet(whole street) so he is strugglin hehe. Said he is havin the 914club withdraws hehe. I think he said he was up for it but I will call again tomorrow to double check. My mom said something about having to be 21 after a certain time so if anything I will come have dinner, talk, and head out. I will be bringing the teener because it is my DD as of last week hehe. I will give you a call and let you know what is going on tomorrow.

It's not much but she gets me by. Going to a lapping day to get some race time in Saturday in LA. I will for sure give you a call.

Update! I called them up and you have to be 21 after 10 so it should be alright for dinner. She said they have a guy who plays classical and he will be out on the patio?? 
. Anways what time will work best for ya'll? I'm pretty much free from now until whenever. Let me know. I will give everyone a call in about 15-20 min and check. Had a great visit with you guys. Finally RHaas and I met.
So how reliable is your 914? and how understanding is the wife?
A+ on both accounts.
Honey I'm driving up to GulfPort to talk cars with some guys. Jumped in the Red Neck Racer jetted down the road 90 MPH and jumped to 115 for a few bits. amazing how fast 35 miles goes by
So got to look at Robin's 911 Targa. Pretty cool how the roof works.
Talked cars for a few hours. and cruised it on home Great evening.

Thank you Joe, Robin and Derek. You guys brightened up my stay in Gulfport and helped me forget about work (and the casino).
I enjoyed meeting you guys and seeing your cars!!!
Joe... that's an awesome machine... and you should post pictures of that throttle linkage... it is WICKED!!!
Derek... Great little car you've got going. You seem to be well under way to a great car. And remember... they have to fit in the seat... (if you don't get it... ask Joe).
Robin... it was fun visiting with you. Sorry to hear about your muddy affairs with the teener, but I do hope you get a chance to find another roller. Let me know when you're ready and I will keep an eye open for a roller or two in this area. And of course, good luck on getting the house back in one piece and the turbo setup. Hope it works out for ya!!!
I'm sitting at the airport (free WIFI at the airport, really!!!), waiting for my boarding time and having lunch.

Hey sorry it is kind of late! we had a later night session then what we had planned.(thanks again for the caliper Joe!) She is running well and I'm shifting with one finger. Had to run to walmart to buy food and some supplies. I had a wonderful time talking with ya'll and learned a lot. Robin I was diggin the 911. Oh and btw she does fit 
. I was excited when we got a few teener owners together. not very often do we get this many down this way. I kind of want to go to Orlando for a breakfast one time. Joe you up for it? Let me know. I hope you had a safe travel back to lovely California! Have fun and keep on truckin! Let us know if you ever come back into town.

It was nice to meet all of you. It is not very often I get out of the house to do things like this with people who appreciate porsches. It was nice to finally meet you joe, We had been trying to get together for a while but something has always came up for me. Joe, your car is a mean machine, keep it up. Derek, you have an excelent 914 with little issues, enjoy your ride. See you all soon.
