Had a great colorado drive today through the mountains.
funny thing is that we started with 8 teeners, but lost a teener... now down to only 7
If you come across a lost teener with driver please notify the authorities.
I've contacted the milk company and we will have the picture on those little milk cartons asap....

We were with you in spirit. Going faster, of course.
We called out the mounties and started a search and rescue to find our lost man:

when last seen he had his air-brake up and was trying to keep his speed down on the hills:

For a while we were using the chase car to push him up the hills.

those new plastic bumpers are amazing...
you can't even see the scratches where we literally pushed our injured man around:

Loved the drive, even though y'all would never be Marines (Never leave a man behind). Course John and I waited, and look what it got us... separated from the group and still no sign of Brian... OMG ! Where'dhego ???
I could see where he would loose us... such common cars and all, we get lost in the crowd so easily !
So, we flew missing man formation and the J-man and I got oriented to where the group went once we were back in Cell phone range. And to top it off, no beer. Hey -
Fun drive, thanks all !

Nice pics everyone!
So glad I finally got to see Lee's car...
Nice drive. Nice scenerey.
Brian wouldn't get so much shit if he didn't drive like a grandmother...and then drop off the back...
The drive down Lefthand Canyon was excellent for most of the way, till we caught up with the Envoy and hit Boulder .
Sure was nice to follow Mark's 327 though!
Golly gee whiz!
You guys (and gals) had fun today!

Brant, you have a really nice camera.
Let brian know,(If you ever fine him)

Well Good nite/ morn to y'all
sorry about your last minute snafu yesterday kev
GInt, we missed you too
nice pics fellas. colorado in the fall is really nice. Love those aspens.....
We probably lost Brian at the first turn when he got caught up in the roundabout in Nederland.... "Look Kids, Big Ben Parliament..." Then again did you see Ron when we finally got him to stop in the canyon...eyes all shifty, nostrils flaring, salivating...talk about jonesin' for the curves. Thanks all for the drive. Would have loved to try to keep up with Greg and Lee's canyon carver on the decent. Next time.
Marc
Well I was a little high after the stop in Nederland combined with that decent.
But I quickly realized going back meet we got to do it again.
And Ron - thanks for fearlessly leading us (in and out of the clutches of the park ranger, too, I might add )
As you guessed - the only picture I got of you was with your eyes closed... (sigh).
No fair! You guys can't post pictures of a drive like that without posting your route so the rest of us can enjoy it someday!!
Now it really makes me wish we'd been able to get up into the La Sal mountains at RRC!
