The Benefactors group has been around since almost the beginning of the 914Club. They were a group of people who donated cash to help the site early on in its life. With the new member subscriptions those members were losing their Benefactor status and becoming assimilated into the Subscriber group. So I added a bit of code to give each Benefactor a heart next to their posts. Those 40-something members now have a special marker, regardless of what group they are in.

So let me get this straight.

The Benefactors will now be easier to spot, they will be the ones with the 'Heart On'.

i wasn't joking ... it looks like there was a glitch in the coding that McMark did that only allows admins to view the new icon ...
