Glenn was kind enough to send me these. It appears that all 4 are identical, but that the top ones are mounted upside down, i.e. the little chamfer should be on the opposite side for the lower and top plates.
I don't have exact information as to material and thickness.
Still, this should help.

Nice! This little project is still pretty low on the To Do List, so iff'n anybody gets the gumption to tool up and do a run of these, I will gladly pitch in $$$ for 4.
