Are you kidding me? I need to replace my alternator. Does one need to cut an access port in the firewall (in lieu of dropping the engine) to do this?

E-Gads!

I'm looing for a Celica engine PRONTO! 180HP ... just gas up & go ...

Actually, young padawan learner (Aaron...), there is a thread in the classics on how to do this. I have done it with the MFI still on the motor, It is not hard at all.
