Okay we need to find this car/truck/van. It should be located on this website, http://www.typ15.de/ probably in the "lost and found" section amongst the hundreds of pics. I looked at all of them but must have missed the correct one.
Yes that is German you are reading. Its not that difficult to navigate.
Here is the subject at hand.

Here is the homepage for the lost and found section. If nothing else some very intersting pitures of "project" cars, you think the 914 has rust.....

Eureka! I've found it! Not really-I've found the original photo on the site, but no name or description that I can see. It's on page 2 of the lost and found. "Seite 2 von 145,Photo 29 von 2316". At the bottom of the page it says "Hosted by www.typ15.de for www.bugnet.de" . Will that help?

This is an Acrea ZEST ... Its not from Spain ... but from France.
I saw this one at the Paris car show last year.
Actually the car is not in production. A few prototypes were shown.
The car is moved by a 500 cc bicylinder of 18 Bhp.
In France this type of small, light and underpowered cars can be driven without licence

Johannes I stand corrected..
Appearing in production form for the first time in Geneva is the micro-roadster, the Zest from France. With its 505 cc, 21-horsepower engine, with an expected price of around 10,000 euros, the 2007 ACREA Zest roadster has been certified for use in a number of European countries and will be available later this year at around 500 locations in France, the UK, Switzerland, Austria, Italy, Portugal. The ACREA Zest is best characterized as a cross between the smart city car and an English roadster. One of its most innovative, cost-saving features are its interchangeable body panels, the right front and left rear fenders are the same as are its opposite counterparts along with the hood and deck lids.
I like the look of the funtech.
