I have Koni shocks and I've been told they have 3 settings.

How do I adjust??

Three set adjustements on the rear? Disconect the bottom, depress and turn, should have three clicks. I would contact Jason at Paragon Motorsports for more information....I can't remember which way is firm(er).

The Sports adjust at the top via a supplied plastic knob.

I do have the plastic knobs (must be the Sports??)

Then the knobs have an arrow that tell you which way is firm. Put the knob on top and turn right for firm, left to soften.
