I tossed my cookies but now i keep getting logged out when navigating from one page to another. any ideas?

it's weird, it shows the green screen when i navigate here, but then when i hit reply, it goes to my blue screen

I also, have to login several times a day even though I request to have my session persistant. I'm using FireFox 1.5.
