There are too many AR threads, so the rest of the info will be here. I'll be posting every day.
Let us know how your car is coming if you are working to get it done in time for the Ramble.

52 days, 19 hours!!!!
Hi Joe,
I've been off the site since Moab - really busy with my other life putting kids through college. I'm 90% sure I can make the event. I'll be flat towing the 914 behind my motorhome. Is there anyplace close to park a 40ft. motorhome? Thanks in advance.
Yeah Andy, You'll have to park next to Mike and myself behind the store.
Gosh we better check with the management, we got 4 motor homes and 3 trailers.
We can fit 'em.
Well Andy, looks like your staying at Party Central.
This is sounding pretty good right now. I could use a little road trip.
Hey Joe, Who's the other lesbian sitting beside you in your avatar?
52......
For those on a budget, I'm offering my back yard for camping.
If you'd like to do that, let me know.
There's plenty of room and you will be able to use the kitchen and bathrooms.
Just a soft rock (concrete will substitute) and a couple of bottles of Cassadores and I'm good to go.
I don't think you want me in your kitchen or bathroom after I ingest the Cassadores (especially if I have a belly full of frijoles).

Ladies and Gentlemen, we're almost there!
Our last 8 submissions will be staff for the AR and cars of S9.
We begin with Nico Ortiz. He doesn't have a Porsche, but he's one of us all the way. Here's the donator of your beer for the Atomic Ramble.
17 Days to Go:
I think all that are going should to NIKO for the I know I would
Some of you may remember, back in January, I was working on moving a 944 from Playa del Rey to Rio Rancho.
This is that 944. It's a fixer-upper that we obtained for $1700 and is proudly owned by a busser at Turtle Mountain. This kid is 15 years old and he's already one of my best customers. He shows up on time for appointments, pays promptly for his parts (I'm doing his labor free) and is just a good guy in general.
Don't you wish you had a 944 for your first car?
16.
What can you say about this guy? He's been one of us for about a year and a half. In that time, he's gone from hanging out sans 914 to owning a fully-committed 2.7RS.
Waide was my second customer and was absolutely one of the easiest people to work with I could have imagined. He has twice handed me a blank check. That's an all-or-nothing approach I can really appreciate.
15 days out.
And now for Mr. Wills.
I can't thank this guy enough. Almost two years ago, we met for the first time. Shortly thereafter, I was in the garage working on Liz's car when I received an unsolicited email requesting a /6 conversion before I moved to Florida.
And so I proudly present my first official customer and my good friend.
14 days!
HUGE fan of the FWD drag car look on 914's... Very Bling friendly
BJH
He had been saying he wanted a Porsche for years. Last summer he took the plunge.
Trust me, you want to count this guy among your closest friends.
Jon "Nelson".
Only 13 days!
This one speaks for itself. 12 Days!
Gotta love the LizO:
This one will be a /6 with steel flares someday. Right now, it's just a daily driver for my beautiful wife.
Yep, I'm a Luckie guy.
11 Days Remaining!
Here's the last one I've got.
I can't believe we're only 10 days out!
I wont make it, long story but I had to pickup my car from the body shop who had it 8 months and only spent about a week on it and thought it was good enough. It's up to me to finish it now. Rick Ollah came down and spent a day with me working on it but there is way to much to get done before my car is road ready. I am going to miss this gathering as it was my target date to be finally done. Turbo car will live soon....
Please save me a tee shirt XL for my son Oliver...
Have fun!
OK. Random pictures.
9 Days!
WCC05. This was the event where Howard set the bar for what a well-run event should be.
By this time next week, the AR will have begun for me.
8 friggin' days!!

We're having the final staff meeting today.

Thanks Joe for the shirts for Ollie! I have something coming back your waY.

We can put the 500 on at the pub. No problem.
Three! Three! Three!
Here's the RS fresh out of the dipper:
You know the deal.
Wow. 1 Day.
