If you live near Dallas and could let me know about the area... please chime in. There may be some property in the general vecinity in my near future, and I need to find out good/desireable areas, etc.

Look for Dakotawing here he lives there in DeSoto. He also is a finance guy. If you need a real estate agent my wife is with Coldwell Banker
She can check into properties for you.
