What’s the consensus out there: Factory setting for an early S motor or …..
I'm currently running at 27 total advance and I feel that I could squeeze more out.

Also running on regular premium gas. Hate to add more $ to dyno time….

30 - 31 degrees BTDC @ 6000

pre '68 ---- 30 degrees
'68 ---- 31 degrees
'69 ---- 30 degrees
