914World.com _ 914World Garage _ Anyone use Poly-Graphite Bushing strut mounts?

Posted by: neo914-6 Jun 26 2007, 10:26 AM

Are they "better" than stock for street and light competition...

What other components did you use them with?

BTW, let me know if you have an unused set

Dave at GPR has them and swears by them.

I would swear AT them
Any of the solid spherical bushing strut tops are just fine for the street.

I have them on my track car and like them just fine.

That guy gets them from Dave at GPR as do I. If he is $100.00, call dave and see what he can do. His number is 805.549.8525 ex502. Don't leave a message but call his cell phone which he gives in his message. Do me and him a favor and wait till about 9:30 tomorrow morning. If he won't do a better deal then call me and I will. BTW I know of atlease one racecar that has three standing track records that has those bushings in it.

They have a much more direct feel with little deflection.

Thanks for the bushings Jerry! smile.gif

I think the company ads are miss-leading showing the nice painted metal cap with the bushings. I "thought" those were included. blink.gif
