Is that the group just east of your house or further south and East of BYU, or none of the above....nice pic.
They are east of all the cities. Ogden, Salt Lake, Provo. I am in Utah county NW of BYU by about 20 miles.

I really hope you guy,s know how blessed you are to live in that part of the
country, what scenery!!!!!! N.W. Ohio is flatter than a pool table.
Eric: When I first read the title of your post I thought, BIG FOOT, my gosh
he has a picture.; OH well!!! Dave
Jammin... that looks like the Ranches course I played Thursday
Jim... those are the ones just east of the house. The sun appeared just for a few minutes between some good thunderstorms and this is what we got. I had to run for the camera. I don't know if it comes through in the picture but it was bright. Hard to tell if my shot is even in his shot but... if I'm reading it right heading North from one of the most beautiful mountains in the Rockies (Timpanogos) my shot would be right here...
And Dave, sorry, no big foot but I do count my blessings. I grew up in Mid-Michigan... corn fields, corn fields, corn fields, corn fields, corn fields, corn fields, corn fields, corn fields, house, corn fields, corn fields, corn fields, corn fields, corn fields, corn fields, corn fields, house, corn fields, corn fields, corn fields, corn fields, house.
Eric,
Close, I am in the Harvest Hills subdivision about a half a mile north of the crossroads of SR73 and Redwood Rd and that picture is basically the view from my deck. My brother golfed the Ranches yesterday in the rain. Hah Hah
I have hiked Mt. Timpanogos twice in my life and I would have to say that it is THE most beautiful thing I have experienced yet!
BTW, nice pic Eric.
That is a hell of a hike too. 9 miles each way. I have hiked it 4 times in my life, but not lately, you always see bighorn sheep, deer, rabits, moose. I love it
Timp's awesome...
I like it in late spring early summer when there's just a little snow on the top.
Then of course there's the "Alpine Loop" drive... if I weren't going to Jackson Hole this weekend...
(Oh, and tell your brother that I think I got a little sunburn Thursday )
Ooops.
And BTW,
DO NOT hike Timpanogos Cave with brand new shoes!
I just remembered I had some Timpanogos pictures:
The hikers:
Mrs. Slits:
Inside Mt. Timpanogos:
Speeeeelunking:
Cool formations:
Park Ranger? You've heard of Ranger Rick? Meet Ranger Dick. That's my 914-6 shirt... that and my Cubs jacket tied around my waist for later in the cave (Cubs Win! Cubs Win!)
(I do have a pink thong on though...)
Resisting fish joke... resisting fish joke...
They grow in my backyard... now Ssssstop it!
