I'm planning on coming...with 8 seats, most free...handful are already spoken for and a couple are worth something. Haven't decided if I want to load up a pile of parts...at least a box or two too pay for the gas down. It's hard to know what to get rid of when you have two projects in a zillion pieces.
Hopefully, Jim Hoyland will be busy with the burgers so I can unbolt his Getty Dash.
Does anyone have a replacement rear trunk panel by tailights?
Attached image(s)
Crap....work got in the way........ I'll be heading down to So Kal on the 25th I'm gonna miss this one.

So who the hell else is coming...?????
Clayton

I'm trying to rally the Santa Clarita contingent. If I get 'em all it's me, Rick (2-Oh), AndyS, Dave & Mike D. I'll be bringing a couple of misc. parts;

~post some pics afterwards so I know what to expect!
I'll be there. I will be selling a bunch of random parts, including an early style sharp-corner chrome bumper
-Tony
Slipped in to say I will not be there, still in NJ. 70's here today, walked in
a grassy medow...barefoot. I hear this is uncommon for here, this time of year.
I know you are disappointed Ron(yeah right), but it can't be helped. Uncle still sick.
You all have a good time, and Ron, give Toastie a BIG hug and kiss for me.
I've got a modern Blauplunkt Cd player I'm bringing too.
Hmmmm. Anyone need a side shift trans...????????
I think it is good. But I don't really remember. So it's a core trans. Cheap
C
I got 2 amps and a pair of (supposedly) high-end speakers i'll let go for cheap -- will bring them with.
Got a good PP and Clutch I may shill out cheap as well.
I have a sideshifter that I recently shipped to Texas and FedEx broke a mounting ear...so they shipped it backed to me. This transmission will meet everyone's defintion of "cheap."
Things I question whether to bring or not?
Does anyone need a set of 72 rotors...possibly to drill for a 5 lug?
1.8 core engine...I think it dropped a valve...?
Rear windows?
Dash frame with attached cracked dash?
targa top?
75 front and rear bumpers?
For those of us that are directionally and L.A. freeway challanged, along with sometimers disease (sometimes I can remember and sometimes I can't)...Would it be a good idea to post the wherebouts of this little suware'...Maybe even directions...
2-OH!
Sorry guys, but my password and sign in don't work at NARP anymore...Dunnno why, they just don't...Password retrieval doesn't help either...

Mark, DriveAbility's car is better than the pictures. REALLY.
He has some seriously trick, well thought out mechanicals on this car.
I really like it.....
Clayton
I have seen drive-ability's car a few times and it never gets old. Someday
hopefully I will get a ride in it and find out if it is as spooky as it looks.
It's easy...Just look for the crackhead gang bangers, and make a left.
Well I wont be there this time I am up at Laguna Seca for the ALM Racing, OK now you guys save me some parts for the next one.
Groupe Hugs.
I will try to be there for coffee duty and to part my yellow 914 so all you lost boys can find the place.
Don't need nuttin and I don't have nuttin for sale.
Yeah ... should we be keeping an eye out for small parts along the roadway or large chunks of sheeeeet-metal hanging from telephone wires
I just loaded the truck.

I had a blast and wanted to thank everyone and the kid is still talking about it and wanting to look at the pictures..
Chris
Left at 3:30 AM and didn't get home till 6PM...a lot of driving for one day, but well worth it. I really enjoyed seeing many of you again. My wife was glad to see that my pickup was much emptier than I started with.
Big Thanks...to Ron & Glen for all your hospitality and work to put on such a event! ...today was a lot of fun!
There were a lot of 914s today...it sure is nice seeing how eveyone puts thier own flair on these cars. I would of been happy to drive many of them home.
I finally got to see "drivabity's 914" in person...holy crap, that car is an excellent conversion. I could get in real trouble with a car like that.
Aaron...shouldn't you be studying... good to see you again!
Yes indeedy ... many thanks to Glenn & Ron for the hospitality (and some great deals too)
Thanks to G and R for another great event. Always good to see old friends and make new ones. The burgers were good also.
I drove home to Paso Robles on the 101. I wanted to stay as far away from the wind as possible. The smoke from the brush fires was awful. The smoke obscured the sky from Mullholland to just north of Ventura. It looked like LA County was on fire. What a mess.
Cheers, Elliot
