914World.com _ 914World Garage _ CAR IS ALMOST DONE

Posted by: kojo2001 Nov 4 2007, 09:55 PM

I just wanted to say thanks to everyone that was patient and to all who answered my questions on trying to get a semi bucket back to some 914 glory. This was not easy because there was alot of work and I am not the most mechanical guy but I had plenty of passion and found some great and reasonable mechanics!! There's still some work to be done but I can see the light and the twisty road at the end of the tunnel. biggrin.gif So I am not done but ready to drive and if anyone local wants to cruise or wants to help with some misc. 914 stuff that would be great, let me know??

I am putting a link below that should go to a picture of my car if you click on the link and scroll down and click to enlarge.

Let me know - Justin

Hey Travis, what brand are those wheels? I have the same kind and can't find any markings or stamps.

They are 4 bolt fuchs. There should be some markings on the inside. They do make reproductions as well not sure if there are markings on those
