Looking for some help installing the Crane xr700 into a 019 dizzy . Does anybody have pics. of one installed looking in the dizzy so I can see which brackets and shutter to use ? The directions suck or I can't read . ( It might be me)

The shutter is easy do you have a 4 or a 6? Two brackets are used. The trick is to get the sensor positioned under the cap. Not too hard. I used the small bracket on the dist plate and the long slider on the sensor. The shutter has to be installed with the sensor at the same time.
Mine worked like a charm for 8 years, until I went to a 3.0 six.

I also have the Crane, which works great, but setup is a bit tedious. It's easier if you pull the distributor. Once you get the bracket on leave the slider loose, you'll need to be able to move it during the final configuration. IIRC, I had a hard time getting the wheel on the shaft and had to trim a little material out of the inner corners.

To get the wheel omn the shaft I used the rotor to push it on.
