Looks like a bus harness or a 1.8 harness

Resistor Unit (Also called the "Series Resistance Block")- Genuine Bosch
The Resistor unit is located in the left-hand side of the engine compartment, on the fuel tank compartment cover, just above the Fuel Pump (Combi) Relay. A portion of it, through the FI wiring harness is connected to terminal 88b of the Fuel Pump Relay and helps control the resistance in the FI electrical system. An item that doesn't fail too often and when it does it's usually from an overheated engine compartment. Not used on 1979 California Models, the resistance is built in to the harness and ECU on those models.

I also found the part on AA's site, "resistor on battery carrier" 1.8

Description Of Product:
This is the device that adds resistance to the power going to the injectors to fire them. Often a wire connector breaks and they are very difficult to recrimp (you may try soldering first) or the battery acid renders it useless. Replacement is virtually a plug in and screw on affair. Fits all 914 1.8 models.
