914World.com _ 914World Garage _ wheel anodizer or powdercoater

Posted by: slackin' at work Jan 11 2008, 10:01 AM

got a set of early pedrinis for my car.
they have been blasted and painted silver by PO and need to be redone.

Im toying around with idea of doing it "right" and having them cleaned and anodized.
anyone have any recommendations. I really struck out with searching the web.

as plan B, Im thinking about powdercoating.
anyone have a recommendation for one of those?

thanks everyone beerchug.gif

I don't know about your area, but Harvey Weidman does the best work I've seen.

I don't think Pedrinis would look very good anodized. As a cast wheel, they don't have a nice smooth finish like a forged Fuchs, and IMO would look odd anodized.

I don't think Pedrinis were anodized from the factory.

Wurth Silver paint should come close to original, I think.
