It looks like it uses this US Tools 610/3 and 610/4 adapter plate and its a lot more stable with the 4-wheel base.

my jackstands dont go up high enough to use that tool.

Mine can go about 7 feet in the air and I love it. Worked great when I dropped the tranny out of my Ghia.
