I machined a flat spot for the oil pressure sender and have started doing a mock-up to start measuring stuff.
I was surprised to find that the timing mark on the fan doesn't line up with the timing mark on the flywheel... (off by maybe 5 or 10 degrees) Has anyone else ever seen this?
I'm really getting alot from your rebuild journal.

Van, re-mark the fan. The timing marks on the fan were in different locations for different injection systems.
