914World.com _ 914World Garage _ 914 Sloped front fenders?

I have seen these fender recently in 2 different ad for 914's but never seen them on a 914.
I have seen the Chalon fenders but these are not the same.
Were these common at one time?
Were/are they FG or steel?
Were they a modification to original fenders or a complete fender replacement?
